Why we do it?

We think of Flyte as a vessel to experiment with our passions. The design and build of our 1962 Shasta in 2020 was a creative process that ended with something that truly felt like an expression of ourselves. No corners were cut, we took our time, and most importantly, we had fun with it. Our ever-changing drink menu follows that creative thread, and we use it as an opportunity to experiment with flavour. Having ingredients to play with, that we grow ourselves on the farm, is a real treat for us. Pairing Flyte with our sister business, Bloomstruck Farm, was a natural progression, too. Seeing a smile on a customer's face when they see our flowers, is all the validation we need to know we are on to something good.
